Soul Asylum cut their teeth as part of the celebrated Minneapolis local music scene in the early 90s with their thrashing songs with Punk, Classic Rock and Folk influences. Entering the major-label mainstream in the late 80s and early 90s with multiple albums made them alternative radio and MTV staples. The band has stayed busy over the years, most recently with their 2020 album ‘Hurry Up and Wait’.
